The compliment I have received the most is that I'm a joyful person.

What are the things in life that fill me with joy?

Number 1, is Jesus- He seriously changed my life and my understanding of unconditional love. Nehemiah 8:10 says it all.

Number 2, is people. To say I'm an extravert is an understatement, and for me, this is confirmed every time I have a fruitful conversation with someone, get to sit and learn about an individual, their family, or their relationship. I hold a Masters in Counselling Psychology and love working with couples. Fitting for this job eh?

Number 3, is photography- shocker, huh? Being born into a family where photos were the key to a sacred collection of stories, my love for photography was set into motion over 7 years ago. It was a wrap after my dad gifted me the family camera. I remember my parents encouraging me to focus on careers that give me purpose, not money- doing work that you love is so much more rewarding. My friends know me as the memory hoarder and no one is surprised when they spot me capturing candids at every get-together. I used to coin this behaviour to having a poor memory, but truthfully, I just love making memories, solidifying them in history with a photo, and re-living them later through those still moments.
